Shipping policy

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and estimated to arrive within 2–4 business days. Flat fee of £5.99, free on orders over £150.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Once your order has been scanned by Royal Mail, your tracking will update accordingly.

International Orders

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail International. Delivery times vary depending on destination and are estimated at 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international parcels may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver and are not collected by IFTIN at checkout.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods this may be slightly extended. Once dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number by email.

Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to activate after dispatch. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel — we're not responsible for items left unattended or stolen from your delivery address.

Order Amendments

If you need to amend your order, please contact us at cs@theiftin.com within one hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed for dispatch.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched and scanned by Royal Mail, responsibility passes to the courier. We strongly recommend contacting Royal Mail directly using your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.
