We take pride in every piece we create, carefully checking and packaging each order before it reaches you. We hope you’ll love what you’ve chosen, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

  • Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: We’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds on sale or promotional items, items returned after the 14-day period, or items showing any signs of wear.


How to Return an Item

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange any full-priced item for a different colour or style. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you, but please note that return postage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Your replacement item will be dispatched once we’ve received and inspected your original return.

To arrange an exchange, please email us at cs@theiftin.com with your order number and subject “Returns”, in addition to details of the item you’d like to exchange.

Refunds

To return an item purchased on our website, please contact us at cs@theiftin.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
